BFBi is looking for a CEO to be the driving force behind BFBi’s operations, strategy, and member engagement.

You’ll lead a small, agile team and work closely with the Board to deliver value across the industry. From organising global exhibitions to lobbying government, your influence will be felt across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the BFBi team and membership community
• Develop and deliver strategic growth initiatives
• Represent the Association at national and international levels
• Oversee training and accreditation schemes in dispense and moist co-product feed
• Drive export support in partnership with DBT and Export Partners UK
• Organise flagship events including the International Brewing & Cider Awards
• Champion digital transformation and member engagement

Location & Flexibility

Based at our Wolverhampton HQ, with travel across the UK and internationally. Flexible working hours and occasional evening/weekend commitments required.

Remuneration

Salary commensurate with experience, with annual performance reviews and scope for progression.
