Another fantastic day celebrating the 2025 Brewer Apprenticeship Graduates.  A hallmarked day in the brewing calendar, including learning, beer tasting, competition and celebration.  A mix of suppliers, brewers, academia, and family.  All brought together by HIT Training .

The day included a Keynote Speech by Professor Charlie Bamforth, affectionately known as the Pope of Foam; networking; beer competition; learning and celebration.

To see brewers at the start of their careers, forming relationships that will last the length of their careers, is something that makes this blogger’s year.  Charlie’s presentation theme was Quality, which extends to the quality of relationships between peers and suppliers, which brings us back to BFBi’s strapline “Stronger Together”.
