The Cellar Familiarisation Course is a one-day training programme designed specifically for brand managers, sales teams, and other non-technical roles. Hosted in Loughborough, the course provides a clear understanding of how dispense systems work, from keg to glass, while exploring the factors that influence product quality, safety, and sales.
Developed by BFBi in collaboration with leading industry experts, the programme combines practical knowledge with real-world application. Delegates will explore the essentials of cellar management, the use of gas systems, cooling equipment, and health and safety responsibilities, as well as how to diagnose common faults.
This year’s course also includes a seminar and knowledge transfer event, giving attendees the chance to engage with industry specialists and peers. CPD points are awarded, with the option to sit an exam for formal certification. Table-top exhibitor stands are available for companies wishing to showcase their products and services.
