i-Keg has developed the FlowBridge & Brew OverWatch system and are currently working with several Hotel and Leisure groups as well as brewers who are using FlowBridge to monitor and report on the performance and quality of beer dispensed at a venue. FlowBridge captures data on hourly sales, monitors beer dispense temperature, cellar temperature, and line cleaning events.
Sitting behind the FlowBridge is the Brew OverWatch Portal, where customers can access near real time data and receive automated alerts and reports from every site. Structured reports are generated through the portal, and are available to the customer in either daily, weekly or monthly performance reports. Brew OverWatch will also alert customers of any issues with dispense equipment, cellar equipment, unauthorised pouring events and line quality.
The data captured, portal access and site reports, enables customers to monitor multiple site and respond to issued required to improve site operations quickly and efficiently.
We are also developing an end-to-end Keg & Cask tracking system to work alongside FlowBridge, the development will enable brewers to input brew data, supply data on Keg and Cask content, movement and temperature, through to live data on beer freshness at the tap. With this end-to-end tracking we will give brewers full visibility of brewery to tap.

I understand you are currently working with Brewers and suppliers on the issues and complications surrounding the dispense of No & Low Alcohol beers, we feel that with FlowBridge and our Brew OverWatch Portal we can give brewers end-to-end visibility of every Keg/Cask, ensuring quality and safety of the beers and equipment.
We have recently modified our 30L Keg to take a 1-way bag as well as a standard 14 TPI steel spear, the i-Keg can be supplied in a bespoke colour to clearly identify No & Low alcohol. With the bag version the spears are easily removed and changed over, the bags are supplied vacuumed sealed and sterile, eliminating any issues when cleaning and filling the keg.
