Like so many in the sector, at Charles Faram we’ve been working throughout lockdown to supply brewing ingredients for our customers. With pubs now able to open and the UK’s various lockdowns being eased, we’re excited to be able to continue supporting brewers as we all navigate this complex recovery period.
We’ve updated who is and isn’t on furlough at Faram’s so we’ve got lots of capacity to help with technical support and recipes, using our expert team, as well as being able to provide the usual range of hops, yeasts, malts and brewing aids.
Alongside traditional varieties we also have our more tropical-flavoured British hops like Jester® and Olicana®, big-tasting New Zealand hops and recent additions to our range like Spring’Blanche™ for creating a stable haze and SafBrew DA-16™ yeast for making Brut IPAs.
You’ll know that we’ve got a deep and personal love for British hops (new and old styles) and would gently ask for your help in supporting British hop growers by championing these amazing varieties when you’re planning lockdown or post-lockdown recipes.
