We have recently released an updated guideline on ‘Risk evaluation and management of raw materials’.

The new document (Guideline 65) provides specific guidance on the application of risk evaluation techniques to identify, evaluate and control the hazards associated with raw materials in the food and feed manufacturing environment.

The guideline demonstrates the techniques used to help food businesses prioritise their risks and assess how much control is required to protect against those risks.
