Join the BFBi for an exclusive industry visit to Giraffe Distillers, a UK distillery dedicated to combining traditional distillation methods with modern techniques to create a diverse range of gins, vodkas and liqueurs.
This behind-the-scenes tour will give BFBi members the opportunity to explore Giraffe Distillers’ production facilities and discover how the team approaches spirit production, from the careful selection of ingredients through to distillation, flavour development and finished products.
Visitors will get an insight into the equipment and processes used within the distillery, as well as Giraffe Distillers’ approach to developing innovative flavour profiles while maintaining a strong focus on quality. The tour will also explore the importance of sourcing, sustainability and working with local suppliers and businesses.
