| Join us for the Wine Faults & Taints Workshop on Thursday, 5 February 2026, from 10:00am to 16:30pm at the Surrey Technology Centre in Guildford.
This hands-on, full-day session is designed to help wine professionals confidently identify, troubleshoot, and prevent common wine faults such as oxidation, reduction, TCA, Brett, smoke taint, and more. Led by experienced industry experts, the workshop includes guided sensory evaluations, real-world examples, and practical strategies for managing issues in both winery and vineyard settings. Lunch is included, a shuttle service is available from Guildford Station, and attendance is capped at 20 people. Ideal for winemakers, viticulturists, lab and quality assurance staff, wine buyers, and technical managers, this interactive course will strengthen your technical knowledge and sensory evaluation skills.
