FERMEX JAPAN is Japan’s only specialized exhibition that brings together ingredients, materials, research instruments, manufacturing equipment, inspection devices, packaging products, and more, all related to fermentation and brewing.
With “Washoku (Japanese cuisine)” registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013 and “Traditional Sake Brewing” in 2024, interest in Japan’s fermentation and brewing industry continues to grow.
