Consent

By attending a BFBi event, you acknowledge that photography and/or filming may take place as part of event documentation and reporting. This may include general scene-setting images or recordings of presentations, exhibitor stands, and networking areas.

Intended Use

Images and footage captured may be used by BFBi for internal reporting, member communications, or documentation of event activity. Select material may be included in newsletters, summary reports, video content, or future event communications.

Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to inform the event photographer or a member of the BFBi team on the day. Every effort will be made to respect your preference.

Release of Liability

By attending, you release BFBi and its affiliates from any claims related to the use of event images or footage, including but not limited to claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.

Acknowledgement

Attendance at a BFBi event constitutes acceptance of this policy. All attendees are presumed to be aged 18 or over and to have read and understood the above terms.
