Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP Awareness Workshop

A BFBi Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP Awareness Workshop was run by Dr Jackie Hurrell of Burton Centre of Brewing Excellence. 

Jackie is a Microbiologist with experience of industrial, clinical and research microbiological environments. She used to work for Coors as their Project Microbiologist and has been a Trainer with the CIEH for the past 3 years, delivering Basic to Advanced Food Hygiene Courses, through the Centre of Brewing Excellence as well as providing a consultancy service.

Upon successful completion of the Multiple Choice Test at the end of the day, participants were awarded the nationally accredited Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

This Course is can be be run again – all interested parties please contact BFBi.

Unfortunately, the £125 per person fee can no longer be funded by the European Social Fund but BFBi is still searching for other sources of grant funding.
