Booth Dispensers Limited is pleased to announce the completion of a management buyout and the appointment of a new Board of Directors.
Booth Dispensers is a worldwide supplier of an innovative range of cooling and dispense equipment to the beer, soft drink, vending and water industry sectors.
The MBO heralds a new era for Booth Dispensers. This has provided the business with an appropriate structure to make possible the exit of two major shareholders.
The new Board would like to thank both Phil Elliott and Mike Mitchell for their dedication and drive during the past years as a Directors and Shareholders of Booth Dispensers Limited.
The new Board, business partners and existing Directors, Mark Williams – Commercial Director and Daniel Hatton – Financial Director, who headed up the acquisition of the management buyout have brought both Tony Mckee as Technical Director and Mark Richardson as Operations Director into the new Company Board and will help to support the management team’s future growth strategy.
Commenting on plans for the business, Mark Williams said: “I am delighted and honoured to work with such a high-quality management team. The deal has ensured a seamless transition of control for the business and represents an exciting opportunity for the team to implement our vision.
