With a rich history dating back 1874, Heart of Midlothian Football Club (Hearts) has been there to witness the many changes and advances that Edinburgh has experienced over the years. The central Tynecastle Park club, like the city itself, has continued to evolve and the most recent investment has seen a new main stand being added that provides seating for 20,000 people.
To maintain top-flight club status means collaborating with different partners to provide their expertise, in order to ensure the best outcome. Grundfos Pumps were delighted to work with RSP Consulting Engineers and contractors Livingston Mechanical Services, on this latest project, to provide the optimal M&E solution.
The pump solutions were chosen for their energy efficiency and their ability to deliver the required HVAC needs, as well as ensuring there is sufficient water to meet all the various demands. The final Grundfos solutions team included players drawn from the TPE family of single-stage centrifugal pumps, as well as from MAGNA3 commercial heating circulators, plus a variable speed Hydro MPC-E booster set
Today this club lives up to its name as it plays a pivotal role at the very heart of a vibrant community. Grundfos are delighted to have been selected as part of the support network. For additional information and to learn more about us, please visit www.grundfos.co.uk
