HH Point of Sale Ltd (HHPOS) is part of HH Group along with HH Plastic Metal Co. Ltd

Together, HH Point of Sale ltd and Plastic Metal Co. Ltd have factories based in Shenzhen, China’s commercial heartland. They’re an ISO 9001-certified firm that specialises in the design and production of highly technical products.

HH Plastics Metal Co., ltd specializes in designing and producing mould tools predominately in the automotive sector and these are used to manufacture components for many of the worlds most prestigious brands including; Bentley, Mclaren, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover along with many other mainstream and developing brands.

The Point-of-Sale division is led in the UK by their Strategic Business Director, Ray Wrapson. Ray is an oracle of knowledge and is extremely well known and respected for his extensive experience, acquired over 3-decades in the drinks dispense industry.

Ray is supported in the UK by their Commercial Director Julian Barber, who also boasts many years’ experience in the industry. Having held senior commercial roles with several key OEMs, Julian has an intimate understanding of the demands and challenges of the industry, and a passion to deliver products and services to exceed customer expectations.

The HH POS philosophy is to take dispensing and branding solutions to new levels of excellence, to design and deliver innovative and functional solutions with a keen focus on cost control and product sustainability credentials. With all their product designs, environmental sustainability is at the forefront including packaging materials and the ability for ease of remanufacture.

Their product portfolio includes a range of customisable font platforms, including the highly innovative Liberty and Inspire ranges. Both ranges have been designed to provide the highest quality chassis or spine systems, with the ability for the external branded cladding to be easily and cost effectively changed, to reflect brand refreshes or indeed a change of brand. The class leading Liberty platform incorporates a unique hard-foamed internal insulation system as well as in-built connectivity to supply power to all areas of illuminated or digital branding, including to the tap handle. Whilst they can offer high quality in-mould-decorated traditional pod/lens branding, the Excel range offers a selection of high-resolution animated graphics to maximise brand stand out and brings brands to life. Additionally, the company offers a range of taps and bespoke tap handles including illuminated options to help to achieve maximum brand stand out.

The company has an in-house team of nearly 40 design engineers and project managers, but equally they work with local designers as appropriate, to ensure the most relevant and creative design solutions are achieved respecting specific provenance and brand legacies.

The learnings and experience taken from the parent company’s strict project management and manufacturing protocols used in the Automotive industry, are mirrored into the design & development of the Point-of-Sale solutions, this includes a detailed DFMEA for every project. Each project is assigned to a dedicated project manager and regular weekly Project Plan updates and Production Progress reports are shared with the customer, to ensure the highest levels of customer communication and transparency.

They work across both the brewing, soft drinks and water categories, with regional, national and international brands. Their customers include, ABI, Molson Coors, Kopparberg, St Peters…
