Newly developed Anton Paar technology: Measure dissolved carbon dioxide and additional gases like nitrogen or nitrous oxide in the beverage production process

Anton Paar has launched a new application for foreign gas measurement in the Anton Paar sensor family.

Dissolved CO2 in carbonated beverages can be measured with instruments applying traditional or optical measuring principles. But when nitrogen or nitrous oxide is dissolved additionally, Anton Paar’s new technology, which combines both measuring principles, is an ideal fit. In fact, in the case of nitrous oxide, it’s the only available method on the market.
