From our beginnings as a family business who were committed to bringing quality malt to Glasgow’s brewers, we’ve grown and developed into a trusted partner to many of the world’s leading brewers and distillers. 2023 marked 200 years of malting heritage for Bairds and the next exciting chapter of our malting story was joining the Soufflet Malt family. Operating 5 sites in the UK, we are the largest UK maltster and produce our entire product range in-house from brewing, roasted to organic malts.
