Virus-related foodborne illness is a continuing threat to the food industry. The evolving coronavirus pandemic has also raised many questions over food safety practices.
Camden BRI will be hosting a free webinar in partnership with Safefood on 16th July at 10:30 (UK time). Their virologist, Martin D’Agostino, will discuss some of the main issues regarding SARS-CoV-2 in the context of food safety. He will also cover FAQs and current issues, including an update on foodborne viruses and the recently revised figures released by the UK FSA.
