Join Newstead Head Brewer – Marcus Cox for a tour of the brewery followed by a presentation on their recovery for the recent floods and their upcoming product range.

This will be followed by an update from Ecolab’s Malcolm Swalwell on the latest techniques for remedial cleaning in the brewery:

• Improving the performance of ambient and elevated temperature, oxidant-boosted, cellar and brewhouse vessel remedial cleans.

• Less aggressive approach to stainless steel passivation.

• Stainless steel blackening: remediation technique.
