Virtual Craft Distilling Expo

 

The Craft Distilling Expo would like to invite members of the British Distillers Alliance to their online conference from Wednesday 27th-Friday 29th April 2022. The Crafdi Online Distilling Conference will feature a wide range of different technical talks and discussion panels including:

  • Time to Taste: How time and oxidation changes the flavours of spirits in the glass;
  • Ultrasonic Spirits with Ben Marston of Puddingstone Distillery;
  • Hydrodistillation: A new approach for botanicals;
  • It’s in the can! Creating carbonated Ready-to-Drink products (RTDs);
  • Supply Challenges and How to Overcome Them.

The talks on Wednesday 27th April will exclusively centre around environment and sustainability with in-depth discussions on:

  • Corks and Closures (in conjunction with the IWSC)
  • Refills for Spirits
  • Recycled Glass in Bottles
  • Embracing Imperfection (without reducing quality)

Tickets for the online event are £45+VAT, but BDA members can get ⅓ off by using the code BDACRAFDIONLINE2022. Tickets can be purchased here that provide access to all talks and discussion panels.

Before the Online Conference, we will also being running the two in-depth online workshops with independent spirits consultant Julia Nourney (please note that workshops require a separate ticket):
