FSPCA Preventive Controls for Food

Companies which export directly or indirectly to the United States are required to comply with the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act. This requires that certain activities must be completed by a preventive controls qualified individual (PCQI). This course was developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by the FDA; successfully completing this course meets the requirements to become a PCQI.
