Seminar: Hot Topics in Soft and Fermented Drinks

There are a growing number of products that blur the lines between soft and fermented drinks. Developing a comprehensive understanding of both sectors can be advantageous.

This seminar will address topical issues for the beverage industry such as sugar reduction, fermented non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. Kombucha), plastic packaging, new technologies and colouring. Practical demonstrations will also be given in our pilot plant.
