TACCP/VACCP – Foundation Course

A core element of food defence is a systematic evaluation of vulnerable supply chain elements carried out by an experienced and trusted team. One of the tools used is Threat Assessment and Critical Control Point (TACCP). This course will enable delegates to understand the concept of TACCP, describe the requirements of vulnerability assessments and categorise supply chain threats. It is suitable for technical staff and those involved in purchasing, site security or the wider TACCP team (e.g. HR and IT).
